Empoli can be reached in 30 minutes from Florence by car, train or bus. The school is located near the main bus and train station in town.

The lessons are in italian

Since all lessons are in italian, it is adviseable that students acquire a basic knowledge of the language before arrival.

Many foreign students are however attending the courses and a good spirit of companionship is prevailing.
We can provide information on the many Italian language courses or private tutoring available.
Preferably, the students should arrive before the beginning of their lessons in order to organize their stay.

Housing

It is the students’ responsibility to find housing but Sarteco has several flats available for foreign students close to the school and can assist them generally to find accomodations according to their wish, in Empoli, Florence or elsewhere.
