Prerequisites Knowledge of industrial pattern-making.

Time schedule Twice a week, either 9:00-12:00 or 18:00-21:00
Description Basic men’s and ladies’ patterns. Study of fashion trends and creation of new stitch effect on manual flat looms and electronic machines. Production of prototypes and trend panels. Study of yarn types and sourcing. Colourways. Technical records. Consumption. Yield. Costing.
Examinations At the end of the course. Students with 70% attendance rate, low grades and outstanding payments will not be admitted.
Qualification Certificate quoting average marks by professors and examiners.
Professional openings Own business. Knitwear manufacturer. Designer studio.
